Three parts of one system
One design system, three products
App
The SC Formula app on the App Store and Google Play is one app for two roles, even when one administrator runs fleets for several companies. Administrators see own funds, overdraft and available balance, manage cards and accounts, transfer funds and build reports. Drivers see their card, the nearest station with prices and recent transactions.
Limits
A limit for every card
The administrator picks fuels and services, a period (day, week, month or one-off) and a limit in litres or hryvnias. A card without a limit stays inactive, and the app says right away what to do.

Consumer variant
A fuel card on your phone
The consumer variant of the app: the main account and top-ups, fuel prices at this very station, and the customer card as a regularly refreshed code. The map shows each station’s fuel types, services, a route and a service rating.
Cabinet
Summary, accounts, cards, reports, documents, fund transfers and a station map. The dashboard shows contract details, the number of accounts, cards and users, funds with overdraft, and a monthly fuel consumption chart.
Card page
Limits are edited in place
Each limit is a tile of its own: fuels or services, the daily limit and what remains. The amount can be changed right in the tile, and limits can be copied from another card or added anew.
Website
A home page design for businesses: fuel cards, small wholesale, automated stations and digital services. The first screen speaks to three roles (driver, manager and accountant) and leads to the cabinet, the app and the station map.
